PopCreate provides thumbnail creation, A/B testing, and analytics tools for YouTube content creators. The Service requires you to connect your YouTube channel through YouTube's API.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. YouTube API Terms
By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Our use of YouTube data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of thumbnails and content you create using our Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all features, functionality, and code.
7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time but no refund will be provided.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that A/B testing will improve your YouTube performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PopCreate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
